Welcome to BinSTR! By using our trash removal services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline the relationship between BinSTR Holdings, LLC ("BinSTR") and the user ("You" or "User"), the manager or owner of short-term rental properties.
BinSTR provides trash removal services for short-term rental properties. Our service includes the removal of standard trash bags. Items not contained within standard, tie-able trash bags (e.g., bulk items) are not included in our service and will not be collected.
BinSTR coordinates trash pickup based on your check-in and check-out calendar, which is automatically pulled from the calendar link you provide. We will pick up trash before the next guest arrives for check-in.
You are responsible for keeping your calendar link up to date to ensure proper scheduling.
BinSTR operates on a subscription-based model with automatic billing. Each billing cycle includes 6 trash pickups. If you exceed 6 pickups within a billing cycle, you authorize BinSTR to charge you automatically for the additional pickups.
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting BinSTR at hello@binstr.co or through your payment portal. Upon cancellation, pickups will cease the next day, and any future scheduled pickups will be canceled. No refunds will be provided for unused services within the current month.
BinSTR is not responsible for any property damage or any damages related to the reputation or operations of your business. This includes, but is not limited to, guest complaints, negative reviews, or financial losses resulting from missed or delayed trash pickups. BinSTR’s liability is strictly limited to the terms outlined in the Service Guarantee.
You are responsible for:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service disruption.
BinSTR reserves the right to terminate service at any time, especially in cases of non-payment or failed payments. If service is terminated due to non-payment, future pickups will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for the current month.
You may also terminate service at any time. Upon termination, pickups will stop the next day, and any future scheduled pickups will be canceled.
If BinSTR fails to collect trash as scheduled before the next guest arrives for check-in, you are eligible for our Service Guarantee. Under this guarantee, your next month of service will be free. This is the sole remedy provided for missed or delayed trash collection, and no other compensatory claims will be honored.
Any disputes arising from the use of BinSTR services will be resolved through arbitration, outside of court, in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona.
